Mission of Justice and Peace

The Love of Christ draws us to a mission of justice and peace as we illuminate the Glory of God. Religious men have been immersed in this aspect of mission in the U.S. and around the world. We recognize that the ministry of peace requires justice-making and the ministry of justice requires peace-making. As Pope John Paul II said, “no peace without justice, no justice without forgiveness.” Thus, we pray and work for the increasing emergence of restorative justice as well as nonviolent peacemaking.
